We can’t confirm any of this, except to say good shoes and/or good cushions like these have helped some people, especially those who have to work long hours on their feet. If you are experiencing foot pain or knee pain as well as back pain, and especially if you are a bit heavy or spend a lot of time on your feet, these could be a signs that orthotics could help.
