Also, just curling up into a fetal position can often help with the pain. It does fo r me  anyway. I guess it depends on what the problem is. Liked your section on inversion, too. But would like to see more about your own experience with inversion and yoga. Maybe you could do a video or two? Just a suggestion. You seem to have the beginning of a good blog here.
